The maximum capacity in our main lecture and gala room is 120.

 

We have a large LED video wall and will have cameras in place, to guarantee a good view for everyone.

As you can see from the final running order, you’re in for a real treat with all confirmed lectures & evening shows,

You’re heading for THE GIBSIDE HOTEL in Whickham, which is 5mins from the A1 & The Metrocentre.

It’s 15mins drive from Newcastle Central Train Station & 25-30mins from Newcastle airport.

Parking is to the rear of the hotel and costs around £3 for the full weekend / convention duration.

 

The hotel is situated on a busy high street, with lots of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs.

If you wish to stay at the hotel, let them know it’s for the convention and you’ll get the reduced rate.

The reduced rate is £90 per double or twin occupancy for two people for bed & breakfast.
