Before Emails, these promo pictures would have been sent off by Miff Ferrie (Cooper's Agent) to anyone who needed them, who had booked him for a show, for press and newspaper purposes, Etc. I acquired a small stack of these, which probably once sat in his Agent's drawer in the 1970's!
